The company has 5 branches located in four districts of Chernihiv region.

Three branches are certified as organic (according to EU Reg. 834/2007, 889/2008 )

Diversification of production activities by climatic zones can reduce natural risks associated with crop losses due to fluctuations in weather conditions in different regions of the area, as well as provide annual high yields of grains and oilseeds .

Using advanced agricultural technologies and techniques, "AGRICULTURAL COMPANY DRUZHBA-NOVA" regularly ensures execution of complex cultivation technology at its own and rented land, and also provides services to other farms on tillage and harvest.

In 2011 gross harvest of grains in the branches of "AGRICULTURAL COMPANY DRUZHBA-NOVA" has exceeded 65 thousand tons.

To ensure high quality grain yield and soil fertility the company applies modern complex fertilizers of Ukrainian, Russian and European production, uses the best seeds and plants protection agents of domestic and foreign manufacturers.

The quality of grown products meets the strictest requirements of both Ukrainian and foreign consumers.

In recent years for the arid soil and climatic conditions of the steppe zone of Ukraine many new high-yielding varieties of winter wheat were created and recommended for the production. "AGRICULTURAL COMPANY DRUZHBA-NOVA" uses for growing most of these highly productive varieties of intensive breeding types of new generation selection of Plant Cultivation and Genetics Institute : "Odessa 267 " , "Selyanka", "Povaga ", " Albatross Odesskiy" and some others, for the full implementation of its grain productivity require optimization of agronomic factors cultivation. First of all, it concerns questions of mineral and especially nitrogen nutrition.

One of the most important factors in increasing the yield and quality of grain is the differential use of planting dates ,seeding rates and wider application of the starting phosphate fertilizers. Phosphate fertilizers are widely used for sowing of winter crops , which positively affects the overwintering of winter crops , vegetation intensity and quality of products.

The great importance for the preparation of stable crop yields has the degree of saturation of arable crops. Maximum yields are obtained in the presence of grains in the structure of arable land within 50-55 %. Agricultural service of the company strictly adheres to this position in their work; proper scientifically based crop rotation is one of the most important factors ensuring the consistent quality of grain.

Besides selection way towards improving the quality of grain, fertilizer application , scientifically based rotations " AGRICULTURAL COMPANY DRUZHBA-NOVA" develops other ways to solve this problem – for example, the development and introduction of agronomic management practices of forming high-quality grain: the timing and methods of harvesting, a reliable estimate quality and post-harvest grain formation of homogeneous quality lots in warehouses, targeted preparation of lots in silos and grain elevators and processing technologies.

Harvesting is carried out in the shortest possible time and with minimal losses. In the field of initial accumulation of crop the merchantable lots of grains are being formed, selected in terms of quality and economic purposes.
